General Guidelines
for Freshers

1. Report to the hostels: 23rd July 2012, by 5:00 p.m. . Transport facility would be available at the Railway Station on 23-July-2012. There will be buses from railway station to hostel via institute . A help desk will also be setup at these points for your convenience.
2. Orientation & Registration: 24th July 2012, 8:00 a.m. onwards.
3. Commencement of Classes: 27th July 2012.

Please note that the total amount of fees for the first semester is Rs. 45,000/- and Rs. 20,000/- for SC/ST and PD category students (which also includes mess advance deposit of Rs. 3000/-). However, in order to confirm your admission, you may have already deposited an amount of Rs. 40,000/- (Rs. 20,000/- for SC/ST/PD) to the Chairman, JEE-2012, the difference of fees Rs. 5000/- for General/OBC should be submitted at the time of registration. Note that No cash transactions will be accepted at the time of the registration.
